Cancellation Policy
Salon Policies and Terms of Service
1. Cancellations and No-Shows
A cancellation fee of 80% of the service cost will apply for any no-shows or cancellations, regardless of the time or day in relation to the scheduled appointment. This policy is in place to protect our time and scheduling. If a payment is declined due to insufficient funds, we will reach out to request an alternate form of payment. Failure to complete payment will result in an indefinite ban from future bookings.
• Grace Period: There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered a “no-show,” and the cancellation fee will be applied.
• Inconvenience Fee: If you are turned away for any reason, a $75 inconvenience fee will apply. No exceptions.
2. Stylist Cancellations
In the event the stylist needs to cancel, all hair deposits are non-refundable. However, extensions can be picked up, or a rescheduled appointment can be arranged. If you request a return or refund, a restocking fee will be applied.
3. Age Restriction
Our services are available only to clients aged 20 and above. No exceptions.
4. Extension Liability
If you choose to supply your own extensions, the stylist is not liable for any issues that may arise related to the quality or condition of the hair.
5. No-Show Extension Pickup
If you miss your appointment and are marked as a no-show, you have 5 days to pick up any extensions. If extensions are not picked up within this period, they will be forfeited. No exceptions.
6. Health and Safety
Please inform the stylist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, or ongoing medical treatments that may affect your service. It is the client’s responsibility to take care of extensions after the appointment to prevent breakage.
7. Satisfaction Policy
Clients must communicate any desired changes before leaving the salon to ensure satisfaction. After the appointment, if you have concerns about your results, please contact the stylist within 24-48 hours, and we will work with you to address any issues.
8. Refunds
No refunds are provided for any services. However, the stylist will make necessary adjustments within 24-48 hours if needed.
9. Photography Release
By booking, you consent to having your photos taken before, during, and after the service. You grant the salon permission to use these photos for informational, display, and marketing purposes across the salon’s website, social media, and print media. There will be no financial compensation for photo use.
10. Confidentiality and Social Media Policy
All conversations between the client and stylist are confidential. Sharing information from these discussions on social media is strictly prohibited. Any defamation or damaging content shared on social media about the stylist or salon will result in legal action.
